Applications Fees
• Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served system.  Full payment of the application fee must be received before any application will be reviewed.  If payment is not fulfilled, then the application will not be reviewed.
• Each application submitted requires a separate, and non-refundable application fee.
• Currently, credit card payments are only accepted through PayPal.  Applications completed on-line with PayPal require a $30 application fee.
• Checks or money orders should be made out to ‘Motivarti’.  Applications mailed in with a check require a $25 application fee.
• It is the applicant’s responsibility to check individual mentor pages for preferences of distance, languages, and mentoring time of day before applying to the program.  Once the application has been submitted, the application fee is not refundable.

Tuition
• The $595 tuition fee only needs to be paid if you have been chosen to participate and accept the mentorship opportunity.
• Mentees given the opportunity to join the program have 1 week to decide whether or not you wish to participate.
• Mentees secure their place in the mentorship program only after they have completed their mentorship program fees of $595. If they fail to do so or decline, we will offer the spot to the next person on the waiting list.

Mentor Changes or Cancellation
• Motivarti reserves the right to change the list of mentors participating each semester.  Please check the list of participating mentors often for the most up-to-date mentors.
• Motivarti reserves the right to dissolve any mentorship pairing should problems arise.

Refund Policy
• A non-refundable application fee is required before an application will be reviewed.
• It is the applicant’s responsibility to check individual mentor pages for preferences of distance, languages, and mentoring time of day before applying to the program.  Once the application has been submitted, the application fee is not refundable.
• Mentees are entitled to a full tuition refund should they submit a written request for withdrawal at least 7 days prior to the program start date.
• There are no refunds issued on the tuition fee after the program begins unless a problem arises with your mentor.  Please submit a written statement giving the reason for your refund.  However, Motivarti reserves the right to return only a portion of your tuition or decline your refund request.
• Any and all issues with a mentorship partnership must be reported during the 10-week session.  Motivarti is not responsible for any issues after the conclusion of the mentorship past the 10-week session.
• Should Motivarti cancel a mentorship before the start, a full refund will be issued.

Absences
• Due to the nature of the mentorship and our mentors’ schedules, sometimes they may need to cancel a meeting last minute.  If the mentor misses the meeting, the mentee is entitled to a make-up meeting.
• If the mentee misses the appointed meeting, the mentor does not have to make up the time. It is the student’s responsibility to show up for all arranged meetings.

Materials & Transportation Policy
• Motivarti does not provide any computers or software that might be required for communication. For computer-required communication, it is the students are responsible for providing their own computer hardware and software.
• Motivarti does not provide any form or financial support for transportation.

Arbitration Agreement
• At Motivarti, we do our absolute best to uphold high ethical standards. We prefer to settle disagreements by communication.  By applying for the mentorship program, you commit to having any legal disputes settled by an independent arbitration committee.
• We reserve the right to refuse attendance to anyone.
