Registration & Policies

Registration Information

• You must be 18 years or older to enroll in Motivarti courses.
• Registration is based on a first-come, first-served system. Full payment must be received for the registration to be completed.
• Registration deadline is the Friday before the first week of the semester.
• Workshops and class size limits will vary depending on the instructor’s request, usually 15–20 students max.

ON-LINE ENROLLMENT
• For on-line enrollment, simply fill out your information and complete payment through PayPal.  Each class/workshop has an individual link on their class page.
• For payments, we accept checks or money orders made out to “Motivarti”. We also accept PayPal, but please note that there is an additional 4% non-refundable transaction fee for payments through PayPal.
• An email will be sent to you after we process your payment to confirm your enrollment in the course. This confirmation will also be your receipt for the class.

MAIL-IN ENROLLMENT
• For mail-in enrollment, email us at info@motivarti.org to reserve a seat in a class you wish to attend.
• Your seat will be held for 5 days from the date you receive a confirmation email asking your payment method.
Full payment is expected within that 5 days, or your space will be passed on to the next person waiting.
• Fill out the following Enrollment Form and mail it, along with your payment, to:

• An email will be sent to you after we process your payment to confirm your enrollment in the course. This confirmation will also be your receipt for the class.

Course Changes or Cancellation
• Motivarti reserves the right to cancel any class, limit class size, and substitute instructors for those listed in the schedule should it be necessary.
• Motivarti reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute for its scheduled instructors in the event of professional or personal changes in schedule.
• All ten-week courses and workshops must meet the minimum requirement of 9 students, or the class will be cancelled.

Refund Policy
• A non-refundable $50 deposit is included in the price of the course.
• Refund request must be received in writing via email, and will go into effect on the date received.
• 80% refund, minus the non-refundable $50 deposit, will be issued if you choose to drop the course 7 days before the 1st day of class.
• 50% refund, minus the non-refundable $50 deposit, will be issued if you choose to drop the course after the 1st day of class and before the 2nd session of the course.
• No refund will be issued after the 2nd session of the course if you choose to drop the course.
• Should Motivarti cancel a course, a full refund will be issued (including the $50 deposit).

Absences
• Due to the nature of the courses and our instructors’ schedules, it is not possible for the student to make up classes which they have missed. Since we cannot refund missed classes, we strongly advise students to attend every session in order to get the most from each course.

Materials Policy
• Motivarti does not provide any computers or software that might be required in some of its digital courses. For computer-required classes, students are responsible for providing their own computer hardware and software.

Arbitration Agreement
• At Motivarti, we do our absolute best to uphold high ethical standards. We prefer to settle disagreements by communication. By registering for a class, you commit to having any legal disputes settled by an independent arbitration committee.
• We reserve the right to refuse attendance to anyone.
